Pot Lid: 'PRICE & GOSNELL' BEARS GREASE
Description: Another appealing early bears grease lid featuring a standing bear carrying a sash, this time a very early small 2.25" example in blue print. Fancy border. Flat top and sides, typical of these earlier types of lids.

Era: c1820-33
Diameter: 59mm
Condition (please see detailed photo's): Fair/Good Just a very small (3mm x 4mm) flake/chip on the face edge (at 4 o'clock and which hardly shows due to where it is) and a rear (4mm x 19mm) chip could also easily be overlooked as most of it is on the underside (and only shows 2mm x 4mm from the side view anyway).
